Did the guy at the end just say "vampires are the craziest peoples?" XD I watched it three straight times trying to figure that out.... not that I minded haha!

You heard right XD That is actually a caricature of Lew Lehr, who was an old timey comedian who's catch phrase is "Monkeys are da CAWAYSIEST Peoples!" Warner bros, used his face in several cartoons, most notebly in Russian Rhapsody, where hitler pops out of the ground with that face and says "Nutzis are the Cawaysiest peoples!"
